Our motto at the Middle School is that we are a bridge between the elementary schools and the high school. This bridge is designed to provide students with support for their academic and social development. For many students, middle school is a crucial time when important skills and habits are learned and refined. Middle school is also a time of many changes and new experiences in the social and emotional development of these students. Because of this, students are held to high standards for their academic performance and behavior. High expectations have also been established for our faculty members as they guide our students through this crucial time in their academic and social development. In doing so, we educate “the whole child” in order for the student to successfully learn and utilize different skills, tools, and knowledge so they can make positive contributions as citizens.
